I booked flexible flying, but its not really flexible. I only wanted to change the outgoing flight and was very happy with the return flight. However, I am only allowed to change my outgoing if I change my return flight. There I have now had to cancel my business meetings to comply with this ridiculous policy.
I will not be booking with this company every every again.
