The worst travel agency ever, never buy a ticket with them, they forced me to take their membership for one year, because somehow I bought two separate flights with test abo, and they immediately charged me for one year membership without allowing to test for 15 days.
It is very unethical, directly to charge clients, even if the client made a mistake. I want write about two other cases, which I had bad experience with this company.
About many years ago, I bought accidentality for the same person two flight, and it took over 2 months, that they gave me money back. Another bad experience I had with Edreams which also belongs to Opodo: before two days to my flight they cancelled my ordered ticket, which I bought about 2 months ago.
