Opodo is a complete scam. I booked a ticket through them and when problems came up, I called their customer service for help. Every single agent I spoke with just kept repeating the same scripted answers again and again, without actually solving anything. It was like talking to a wall.
They make it impossible to get real support, and I feel completely cheated. Be very careful if you’re thinking about booking a ticket through them save yourself the stress and frustration and use a more trustworthy company.
