Opodo charged me 99 CHF for a “Prime membership” I never consented to. This is an unauthorized debit, and despite my immediate requests for reversal, they have refused to respond.
This is not just bad service — it’s borderline fraud. Sneaking charges onto a customer’s account without consent, then ignoring all attempts to rectify the situation, is predatory and illegal. I am prepared to escalate this to consumer protection authorities, my bank, and legal channels.
