Shambles! I tried booking some flights on the 4th December I was stuck on the loading screen for 20 mins (Terrible User experience). I got a text confirmation next day saying it was booked but when I checked, two flights went through and one didn't. They made no effort to tell me my booking had failed and the funds were deducted on the 6th December. I tried calling over the few days could not get through until the 9th December where I was told they will rebook the first flight which did not go through and fully assured me this will be resolved. So I happily waited two days with no confirmation and guess what I was charged again for a booking this time but no confirmation of any flights. SO I tried contacting them yet again only getting through on 13th December where they said they cant do anything for me and that I would need to rebook my first flights and pay the difference. I am still waiting to get this resolved and not heard anything back. I feel as if they have not shown any care and have not promised me the flights I had paid for. I have been overcharged and there is no accountability or point of contact to resolve, hence the long rant. Hope this gets resolved and please improve your customer service, the people are not very helpful.
They have ruined my Christmas and new year plans, extremely disappointed.
