I booked flight ticket from Cairo to Abu Dhabi with additional 23 kg luggage (1 piece), during check in at the airport I was surprised that it is only 10 kg of luggage not 23 kg as i purchased from your website. my elderly mother had to wait for about an hour to pay for the extra weight which i already paid for !!
it was very bad experience and I don't recommend any one to book though them
