Opodo are just horrible - after I booked a flight they kept my request on hold sending the day after an email asking for higher price. The email also said that the purchase hasn't adn won't be complete until I agree to that higher price. And since I didn't want to agree to that blackmail, I went straight away to the airline website and purchased a ticket. But then the day after Opodo came back and said they processed the transaction taking away money from my credit card. And all that without myself authorising it!
