Awful customer service
I had to cancel my flight booked through Opodo for health reasons. I am claiming on my travel insurance. The insurance company asked me to get a final invoice from Opodo showing the costs less the repayment of the Air Passenger Duty. I called Opodo's contact centre and was told the invoice would be emailed to me within 24 hours. After 48 hours nothing had happened. I called again, and again was told the invoice would be emailed out to me within 24 hours. I waited three days, still no email. I called again, was told the same, and assured the email would be with me within 24 hours. After another five days I have not received the email. 4 days ago I completed their complaints form. I have no reply.
I started this process 2 weeks ago and was told I would have it in 24 hours - but I still have nothing. This organisation does not know the meaning of customer service. Does anyone know how to get the closure invoice that the insurance company wants???
