You are told you are waiting to speak to somebody for ‘over 5 minutes’ but are still waiting to speak and on hold for over 45 minutes. The call (on a landline) then drops! You try the next day and are told their systems are down and try in 4 hours. That would be 3am in the morning. You try the next day, spend 50 minutes waiting, speak to somebody who says your ‘cancel for any reason insurance’ is not valid due to Coronavirus, discuss, are told to wait, go on hold and then find you have a service quality question and are then cut-off! I should at least be due a refund of the £26 paid for the cover but not even told that. Worse than useless!
