Due to the corona-virus, many tickets have been extremely overpriced. I was trying to find a reasonably priced ticket. I found Opodo had the cheapest ticket, I booked it, the day prior to my flight, I received about 6 emails informing me that my flight was cancelled and I had to contact costumer service to reschedule. During the call I was informed that my flight was not cancelled that they just raised the prices of the tickets and i was encourage to pay the difference. I was confused that my 560 dollar ticket. Had now become almost 1300. I was told that due to the Corona Virus many people are trying to fly home and this raises the prices. I understand but, why cancelled a ticket and encourage the costumer to pay more for the ticket you just cancelled. Extremely unprofessional first and last time doing business with them.
