So decided to go ahead and when I phoned again the next day told I would now only be getting a refund of £140. When I questioned what changed he was unable to answer, so when I queried the earlier refund promised he agreed to match. Rep would refuse to transfer me to his manager and would not give his name as I wanted to complain. Cowboys, really are. Its been over a month now and they have refunded only £20. Keep well away...
