Terrible company and appauling customer service. The automated services states you can only contact them 3 days before departure and hangs the phone up. Once our flight was 3 days away we literally spent those 3 days trying to get through to them all day to cancel our flights to Bali due to the COVID-19 situation. This has cost us over £4000 & no contact from Opodo. Having given up trying to talk to someone we decided to cancel via the automated service & we were then put on hold for over an hour. It is evident they have adjusted the systems to not answer calls or process cancellations ignoring their customers. They don't even have an email address to communicate to either. They need to be taken out of business. Terrible company.
