Ca't get hold of customer service - change the mark , said needs to be 7days prior to departure and now it sayd 3 days.
Wont confirm my cash refund despite airline voucher stating they have cancelled and will refund cash - opodo offering vouchers which i cannot use and claiming ht eflight has not been cancelled yet..
