Hi there, I would like to cancel my flight to Malta – Booking Ref – 4934258637 . I’d also like to claim a full refund on “cancel any time for any reason” insurance I purchased. You’ve stated previously that the terms and conditions void the insurance because the flight was cancelled due to a “force majeure” event. However the flight hasn’t been cancelled, I can see on my booking page that as I write my email it is still active. So the insurance is still applicable. I’d like to cancel because I no longer want to go, this is a valid reason according to your term and conditions, again I’m not cancelling because of any force majeure event. The flight hasn’t been cancelled so the insurance is still applicable and my reason is valid. For the above reasons I expect a full refund asap. Let me know if there are any issues with the above.
