I asked for a refund since April, until now, I couldn't have even one person who answers my phone.
We bought insurance cancellation to all causes when we canceled the flight during the pandemic, they told us actually the insurance doesn't cover the pandemic, does this make any sense? In the contract, it didn't mention it at all. We ask for a full refund instead of changing our flight as we don't know when we'll travel again, well, they just simply ignore us. Nobody answers the phone to sort it out.
We understand it's a difficult time, but at least, Opodo should call their clients or answer the call and sort it out, not ignoring their clients. People are getting angrier with this kind of treatment.
