I can not believe that I am being subjected to this extremely difficult process and after a week I am still unable to cancel, I tried in the allotted time frame, where you can book in confidence as you have a timeframe to cancel. What they forget to tell you is that there is no way of doing this and I am in the belief that this is all constructed not to let you cancel with in the time frame. I booked my grandson a flight but had to cancel within the allocated timeframe and have been unable to do so. I travel a few times a year and wil never ever book with these monkeys this is despicable, but I do have all the screen shots of the dialogue I have had with a robot and the several requests to speak to a human that have totally been ignored. How are they getting away with this this has got to be wrong on every level.
