I have been dealing unsuccessfully with OPODO since 16th March 2020.
i have contacted them no less than 34 times. Each time a different person dealing with my "Case". So I even rang the airline directly to get them to refund my flight money which they did but to the OPODO Card!!!!! Now the monkey business really starts.
The customer "Care representative told me that they had received the payment form Air lingus and that it will take up to seven days to refund my account...that was 6th of July!!! still nothing. Lucky I recorded that last phonecall because now I am taking my case to the European ombudsman and consumer rights commission. absolutely outrageous carry on from this company!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
