If I start writing a full complaint this will be a wall of text.
Short version - been waiting 5 months for a refund and still can't get through to a real person!!! Unacceptable.
NEVER, EVER, use Opodo. Their customer service is non existent and they are just trying to hold onto people's money (just look at their twitter comments).
They have deactivated their UK Twitter, Blocked comments on Instagram, apparently shut off phone lines, and are holding onto people's refunds.
