Very very bad customer service
Very very bad customer service. The airlines cancelled the ticket and Opodo customer service assured that I will get the money back in 90 days. But not yet received the money after 5 months. I requested refund on 09 March 2020. Their website site still shows my case as refund requested . No other improvements. Very very difficult to get their customer service and even if you get then on telephone, their behaviour is very nasty. I think I lost my money of £2100. Never ever book through Opodo. Very very bad service ☹️☹️☹️.
