I booked a flight to Estonia through Opodo, the flight itself was with Baltic air. I paid a bit extra to include the travel insurance and flexible ticket. A week after booking, Estonia put the UK visitors on the 14 days quarantine list. As my visit was for 7 days, I cancelled the flight on line. Then I called Opodo prime and was told by the agent the insurance does not cover a refund. Then I got an email saying they will submit my cancellation to the airline, but any refund may take 4 - 6 months. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I thought I had covered all rip off opportunities by paying more for insurance. NO!
