We booked return flights via Opodo, Bangkok to Koh Samui but were unable to use them due to the Covid situation as the British FCO had banned all but essential foreign travel. We were told by Opodo that only the return leg would be refunded as the airline was still operating the outbound flight and it was our choice not to use it. I was originally told we'd receive the refund by mid July, no refund. Called and was told refunds were taking 90 days, and would be paid by 9th September, no refund. Called again, case escalated to 'Emergency', and would be paid within 10 days, no refund. Just tried to call again, customer service number no longer in service, new number is given so quickly its unintelligible. My booking section of website hasn't been updated since June, and no other means of contact is listed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EFFORT AND MONEY by booking with these absolute con artists. One star is too many and that they can get away with this and still trade is criminal.
