I booked flights through Opodo in early 2020. The flights were cancelled by the airline, however, the options which Opodo offered me through their email link and website did not include a full refund which I was entitled to under the Air Passenger Rights Regulation (EC 261/2004). Opodo blamed the airline and told me the airline refused to refund. I called the airline and they said they were actually happy to refund the tickets, but the request had to come through Opodo, since that is where I had purchased the tickets. I called Opodo on 6 different occasions but couldn't get through to an actual person once, despite holding for over 4 hours in total. So I sent Opodo a detailed email. They replied to that email over 5 MONTHS LATER, telling me to call their customer service numbers again. This is my second terrible experience with Opodo (and my last, since I will never use them again). Suggest using Expedia or Momondo or almost any other service instead.
