Ordered 2 tyres via Oponeo website with delivery to be at my requested fitting centre in the 48hr period, tyres were in stock so there should have been no issue in getting these within 48hrs.
Tyres took 3weeks to arrive and almost daily emails and calls to Oponeo customer service which were as helpful as a chocolate fire guard, could even tell me why these hadnt arrived nor could they tell me courier name or if they were being held up with the courier.
I ordered the tyres on the 9th April and cancelled them on the 28th April Oponeo then sent notification of delivery on the 29th April and said if I didn't take them there would be a £30 charge off my refund for returning tyres.
Wouldn't use nor would I advise anyone else to use Oponeo, I would advise paying the extra few pounds at one of your local tyre dealers and avoid Oponeo like the plague, in response to Oponeo below tyres were cancelled prior to delivery or notification of delivery however Oponeo still see fit to charge £30 to be returned irrespective of there failure
