the meter became faulty,still not fixed after almost 6 months bill was 3 times my usual for same time previous years and I had added another 10 kw solar to total 15 kws but they will not accept that their meter was faulty, meter was changed and cheap power bills via different power supplier,they billed me for $3500 for 5 1/2 months previous years were approx $1400. and no help they just keep saying pay or we will send your account to debt collectors, the last bill was for $1000 for just over 20 days???? they will not send me any proof ,they estimated my usage the rebilled me saying actual reads they have lied to me and threatened me,I paid then $2300 all of my xmas savings now cant afford gifts for my family disgusting company and bullying tactics
