First off, this is not a review of their products. Like almost all sites these days, they ask for a review right away before you even have a decent chance to use the product. What gives? Are most vendors afraid their product is of poor quality and will get a bad review? In this case, I have not even received my Ororo gear.
Another per peave; why do vendors offer firat time buyers discounts, like Ororo offering 15%, when they will not honor it! Yes the first order may be on discounted items, but that is what brings most first time buyer in, to give the product a try! Ororo, and all other vendors, STOP; calling these a first time buyer discount is only creating public frustration, and at least for me, makes me wonder if I would ever buy from the company again. Sure I am not the only one that feels that way!
Sorry to Ororo for having to endure a review which seems to be industry wide.
But this last comment is specific to Ororo's site. Your product descriptions are incomplete! Every item should have a complete list of features and materials. I could not do a real comparison of the different models to make an educated decision on which best fits my needs, and which I would want to give a try. So, then call customer service which is courteous, hence the 2 stars not 1 star, but you cannot reach them when calling, must wait for a callback, and then, they have no more information than what you can get from the website, hence no real help.
