Dual Battery Charger and wires look to have been in a moldy srltorage environment, strange green dust on it, not in a box. Wires are stiff and spotty essence dies not seem to wipe off...
Aside from that the socks look new and other charger along with batteries seem to be good, so far (items have just arrived today.
