We purchased a coat for my elderly mother. I'm not sure what happened, but the charger was lost. I contacted customer service to purchase another charger. There was no response so I went looking and I thought I found the correct charger on the Orono website and ordered it. It was delivered promptly, but it was the wrong charger. It had a usb-c connection that you couldn't see on the photo. The coat I bought was not the same. I promply contacted Ororo to return, but had absolutely no response except to show me how to connect the charger to the coat. Obviously it wouldn't work because it was the wrong charger, but I felt like they were talking down to me and never sent authorization for the return. I have searched online now and have received a charger to use for much less money and they have not sent authorization for my return. I was considering another purchase, but not any more.
