When my heated vest arrived it came without a battery pack or any charging leads. When I queried this I was told that when supplying Europe this is the norm and I could purchase a battery pack separately. However, the advert I had read when I purchased my item on line while on holiday in the USA clearly stated everything was included and made not mention of exclusions to Europe - my delivery address would give me away surely?
In short, I returned the garment and a refund was given (less delivery charges) but to get to this point I had to endure a series of rather blunt and unhelpful emails from the "Customer Services Team". I was left with a very bad feeling in my mounth.
