The heated gloves do not produce sufficient heat to keep fingers warm. After they heated I kept the heat control to high . The outside temperature was 20 degrees , I was running my tractor snow blowing. Batteries fully charged. I returned the first pair, after several email exchanges a second pair was exchanged .
I did not want to be disappointed hoping the first pair was defective but I was.
I had to reason with customer support that I was still in the warranty period after sending proof of purchase from their site . The company did come through .
