Their product is fine. I had a sweatshirt that I purchased 3 years and 3 months ago which stopped working. I have purchased a few other items as well. I understand that I was not entitled to receive a free replacement, but I wasn't offered much beyond a $20 certificate.
I believe in the product, but hesitant on recommending due to how long the product lasts.
