My mom bought this vest for me to wear outdoors on cooler days. The vest intself is wonderful. It fits great and the warming features work great. Unfortunately my battery was taking over 24 hours to charge (this is after about 2 weeks of using it). At first when I contacted the company, they were excellent and responsive. Howeve, I found their replacement policy outdated and inconvenient. I had to send them my battery back (that's fine, but I had to find my own packaging for this). Not only unitl they received my battery would they send me a new replacement (this left me without a battery for 2 weeks). I also was charged for shipping; when I asked about this, I was met with "this is our policy". Well, now you have my battery and I can't get another until I pay for shipping? What else am I supposed to do?
