I called to place an order for a pair of shoes less than 1/2 hr after the phone lines opened to place an order. It is "cyber monday" where I could have bought the shoes for 40% off. I was told these shoes were "unfortunately" out of stock for "possibly" up to 6 weeks. This is unacceptable and very poor service to be out of stock within a half hour of the start of a sale. Although I have ordered from Orthofeet (as has my mother) numerous times, "Unfortunately" for Orthofeet, I will be unsubscribing to anything they have to advertise, and I had been recieving for numerous days before the sale started, which I repeat was approximately 1/2 hour before I called to place my order. Sketchers also have very nice supportive shoes.
