I ordered an item 3 weeks ago. After two weeks and no need I contacted Outback to find the item had not been ordered from the supplier. A refund of the shipping charge was gratefully accepted by me but still no advice or shipping .tracker.
I know stuff like this happens in the world but I am disappointed.
Today is Monday, 3weeks and 2days.
The item has arrived. All happy.
Communication is the key.
