Product is fine, it is as described and decent quality
Problem lies with the courier service Aramex/Fastway. They are hopeless to deal with. Had several items delivered by them. Delays, slow responses and they leave parcels in driveways to get wet or get run over when it's dark.
My parcel was in their depot for 5 days before they delivered. Email inquiry response was we will reply in 2 days....poor poor service.
I like the products but won't buy until there is a better delivery courier
