I was disappointed. Our order went unnoticed because of a bulk order coming in just AFTER ours, so they got priority. I know this as when I called 10 days after I’d ordered I was told this by staff. So much for paying extra for express post. No free postage was offered and we got our order 2 weeks after we’d originally ordered it.
Look after all customers not just the bulk ordering customers.
