Hi, I have bought a bit through OE and most times the order and delivery has been okay. But I must say it takes time from placing and paying for the order for it to be picked, packed and shipped compared to other suppliers. Recently I was sent a wrong part (a more expensive part) I called OE and told them and packed it up and posted it back. I was told my correct order would be sent out ASAP. It didn’t come I called again and got told that it will not be sent until the other one comes back. I told OE that was not what I was told and got told they would organise it straight away. They didn’t and waited until the other part arrived before sending the correct part out. This took over 2 weeks to get something I had ordered some time ago and that OE stuffed up and I honestly contacted them to let them know. The part I got was a much better version of what I ordered and over $100 more than my order. I could have just kept it and kept quiet…. Then I got stuffed around getting my correct order. As an example I ordered an item from another like type store on Tuesday this week and it arrived today from Sydney. Tracking was good and service was great. OE you need to pick up your game and get everyone on the same page RE customer service. I recently ordered something else through OE and it still hasn’t left their office yet days later…. Why??? Didsapointing.
