Item was described as in stock, and I paid a premium for express post. This was done to ensure I received the item within 5 working days.
I phoned on the Wednesday and was ensured it was arriving in the warehouse that afternoon(!) and would be dispatched.
I phoned on the Friday and was informed it had not left the warehouse (I left on the Sunday on a 6 week trip to Cape York), and there would be no refund of the postage premium.
I had to purchase additional water storage for the trip.
Item arrived on the Tuesday.
All around very poor service.
