Ordered a 12V ceiling fan before going on holiday. Allowed nearly 2 weeks to have it arrive, also paid extra for express post just to be sure. Nothing noted when ordering that the product was actually out of stock. Had to follow up myself, I called to see why my order hadn't been dispatched to be told there was no stock. Finally arrived 2 days AFTER we had already left on holiday. If I had known there was no stock, I would have taken different action to make sure we had it prior to leaving, as it was quite hot. As it was, ended up buying a small fan on the way to help with the heat.
