Don't know why I was asked to leave a review when I never even received the order. Understanding sometimes delays happen but I found there was a lack of updates with delays given order was placed nearly 2 months. I received one update after the order was placed for about a month which stated I would either receive my order or be notified if it would be any longer than 2 weeks. 3 weeks later and still no updates I then cancelled my order for a refund and to their credit, they were very quick to cancel and refund the order.
Given I have seen many others with no issues I can understand delays and sometimes there are issues getting stock so I can't fault them for that. I probably just had but luck. But if they were better at communicating delays it is a lot easier to take and I would have either adjusted my order or stuck it out etc and rated them higher.
