Product was good but service was poor.
I had to wait as they did not have it in stock - fair enough
Told I was a priority when they got it in, took a couple of weeks to get it in stock
I then saw it on their website available for sale so I rang them the next morning to see about mine and told "I will try to send it tomorrow", sent 2 days after I chased them up. If they had it on their website as now available and it would not have been put there the instant it came to the store, so obviously was not a priority.
I would have thought that the morning I spoke to them they would try to get it out that afternoon.
