I was disappointed in the quality of the roof vent with 12v fan that I purchased when it arrived, the metal framing was all rough as though shards of metal had clumped and stuck to it. I sent an email to the store and got no response. Still waiting to hear from someone.
The coast door was delivered as described though & we are happy with that purchase.
