I went your store ordered and paid for the item , told it will be delivered in 5 days as it is in stock , turned up two and a half weeks later
During this time I got all the excuses but never got to speak to the person sending the “ we are looking into it “ emails I thought it was poor customer service to level the blame at a third party supplier, when the item was “ in stock”
