The product was fine but only by sheer luck as once again it was extremely poorly packaged.
The last item we purchased was smashed in the mail , this was a metal item with a hose type end for cleaning the water tankso was ok however it was put in a plastic bag only and had torn straight through the packaging , you need to sort out your packaging, bubble wrap guys
