when the installers opened the tube containing the awning they found that one end cap was pointing 180 degrees to how the other end pointed. they managed to re-adjust the ends so they both faced the same direction but charged extra time for doing so. they felt that it had been opened previously and may have been returned because of the problem as stated. there were also a few scratches and scuff marks on the ends. Because we are in Perth, returning the item was not an option due to the shipping costs and time involved. For this reason we may have to deal locally for future purchases. I just wish the was an Outback Equipment outlet here in W.A. REGARDS Stuart.
