Was getting a pair of speakers replaced under warranty. It took over 2 months to happen. Equipment was sent to wrong address. Supplier originally refused warranty and then agreed adding 6weeks to while episode. It was a really slow process and Outback Equipment staff did not know how to handle it until manager involvement.
