Communication was very lacking. I had two orders about a week apart. The second order arrived within 10 days. The first order hadn't even left. I enquired why it hadn't left and all I got was we are waiting on one of the items. All the items were in stock apparently according to the website the whole time i was waiting. This missing item wasn't communicated to me until I enquired after almost 3 weeks. That's poor customer service and something that infuriates me and I'm sure plenty of other people.
