I made a purchase on 11 August my order came missing an item and it’s now 7 October and I’m still waiting. For this 1 adapter plug for my Aquaheat which I desperately needed the most still not received, everything was pretty good. I’m disappointed and could have gone to a local store but still hoping at any day it would have arrived by now? It’s made my experience not the greatest and my patience has definitely been tested and wearing thin! I just want what I’ve paid for!
