I ordered life jackets in October 24 no communication was sent to inform me these weren't in stock I only found out as I rang twice and the 2nd time was told they wouldn't be available until February 2025
I asked for a refund and finally got it 2 weeks later as I needed the jackets for a holiday in November not good customer service.
