Not a great experience, purchased an esky that came in a flat box and when popped out looked like it had fallen off the back of a truck. Left it open for 2 weeks and tried to add things in to push it out but remained damaged. Return process took 4 weeks to resolve and was only allowed a credit. I had purchased another esky in the mean time from this same provider as it was a Christmas gift and I was still not able to get a refund. Very disappointing, won’t be purchasing from this site again. I have emailed numerous times but they have just stopped returning my emails. I would have loved to just keep the first purchase but couldn’t give it as a gift in the state it was in.
