Purchased 2 adjustable tables for a Xmas present and they arrived damaged. After many phone calls unattended get through and finally did, and 2 emails completed with invoice and pictures of damage and and completed return refund forms and a response said 3 to 5 business days( not including public holidays) I still have had no response
